Customer background: Mr. James owns a restaurant in Canada and checks out information of metal curtain product on our website. The metal mesh curtain needs to be used as a partition.

Customer idea: The holes should be as small as possible, made of stainless steel material, have one primary color, and should appear like a drape and hang. He sends photos of his restaurant.

Space divider solution idea: Analyze James’s engineering design. The restaurant exudes colors of warmth. The layout and design are simple but very welcoming. So, in terms of material, it is recommended to use stainless steel instead of aluminum, because stainless steel has a sense of weight and functionality. In terms of color, keep the original color of stainless steel. The brightness of stainless steel itself is more suitable for the restaurant. Regarding the specifications of the wire diameter and aperture, generally, we will recommend to customers wire diameters between 1mm and 1.2mm, but James needs a thicker wire diameter, so 1.5mm was selected, and the hole was made 7mm accordingly. If customers have questions about specifications and colors, we will send different metal mesh curtain samples for customers’ reference. Or, you can send pictures for confirmation until the customer is satisfied.

According to James’ project-style, color, and size, we’ve made the following specifications:

Basis for size: The display of the metal curtain is beautiful with folds, generally 1.5 / 1.8 times the fold, so according to the length of the customer’s area x 1.5 / 1.8 is the length of the required metal curtain. The track occupies a height of 70cm if not affixed to the ground, and a height of 30cm above the ground can be left free. The length of the track can be the same as the length of the area.

Metal Curtain Installation: Installation is simple. Before purchasing, instructional installation pictures and videos will be sent to customers. We will send all required accessories for clients to use, as well as can give guidance during the installation process. If the customer has a ready-made track or does not plan to use the track, we will give installation advice according to the specific situation.
